Based on Eclipse and the GNU GCC toolchain, it gives you a complete bare metal development experience: a source editor, the compiler and build system, on chip debugging, and support for the full range of STM32 microcontrollers and boards.
It is free with no code size limit, and runs on Windows, Linux and macOS.
