Thanks for quick feedback.

Yes having ” Connection state: FAILED ” means System Workbench (would say first guess even more Eclipse) is not able to go thru our proxy.
Clue is "Network connections".

Just to confirm "Network connections" issue (as I'm not sure about what's behind your statement "I don’t have any problem with normal internet connection"), are you able within Eclipse to get some market place data (Help > Eclipse Market Place) ?
