Please, may you check the following symbols :
- Right-click on the project >> Properties >> C/C++ Build >> Settings >> Tools Settings tab >> MCU GCC Compiler >> Symbols
- As you are not a Windows user, add ’ or ” for the weak and packed symbols. For example: 

__weak='__attribute__((weak))'
__packed='__attribute__((__packed__))'
