STM32F446V support

Hi,

I have created a simple example using CubeMX for my STM32F446 target board. While MCU’s power is 3.3v, OpenOCD stops and says “Target voltage 0.95v , target voltage may be too low for reliable debugging”. Following are the outout console of GDB and OpenOCD.

I’m wondering that does SW 1.2 supports STM32F446 at all?
Could you please help me with this issue?

Yes, SW4STM32 supports STM32F446 mcus and STM32446E-EVAL board. Are you using this board ? It looks like there is an issue with power supply. Did you change the default position of the jumpers ?

Thanks for hint, anyhow it is not STM32446EVAL!

I was using 3pin SWO connection and the problem was lack of MCU power on STLINKV2. Connecting pin1 to pin19 of 20 pin JTAG fixed it.
