I got a solution to 'UNPLUGGED TARGET DURING DEBUG SESSION, ERROR IN FINAL LAUNCH SEQUENCE' problem via Firmware upgrade for ST-LINK, T-LINK/V2, ST-LINK/V2-1 and STLINK-V3 boards.
