STM32CubeMX 4.26.1

I have just manually updated my CubeMX to version 4.26.1 within the AC6 environment and now the debug sessions for working projects now fail. The code compiles and runs correctly but when using the debugger the code is executed in a random fashion.

As everything was working fine before the manual update I suspect that there are additional packages that require updating and I would like to confirm whether there is a valid software repository location for CubeMX that can be used to check for updates in SystemWorkbench as the one I have hangs at 50% looping over the same files. I have attached a screenshot of my software sites for inspection.

Despite minor odd behaviour when stepping through the code, (highlighted line in source goes backwards one line when single-stepping), the debugger it seems to now work although I am unsure as to why I was having problems.

At one point it did look like there was another instance of the workbench running in task manager which may have contributed in some way, or the usual reboot may have fixed the issue I was having.

EDIT - Duh!, the problem surfaced after updating the F1 firmware package to 1.6.1 which changed the code optimisation to Optimise Most (-O3) from None (-O0).
