Where can I find information on using the One Time Programmable (OTP) area of memory?

We would like to use the OTP area. I see on the datasheet for STM32F401 there are 512 bytes available that are one time programmable. I’ve not found any clue on how to access this area. Checked the ST32CubeMX and the Drivers/Middleware directories it supplies when a project is created, as well as searching this forum.
Thanks in advance for any tips.

FYI, I found some info about the OTP in the Reference Manual, RM0401.
