Settings - Tool Settings Dissappear

Hi! In my project in System Workbench 2.0.1.201705161428 I have no menus Tool Settings, Build Steps and Build Artifacts in project settings.
But .cproject seems valid - I compare it with another project which have this menus in the same version of System Workbench.

How can I get this menus back?

I disabled option “Generate Makefiles Automatically” and it hides this menus. Generation of makefiles is too slow in 2.0 unlike 1.8.
