System Workbench for STM32

Problem is solved.

My assumption that the GDB is configured for a 64-Bit system was rubbish.
Some days ago i red that there were problems with the debugging configuration (*.cfg File)
I had to chose manually ST-LinkV2-1 and SWD (see attached image)
