System Workbench for STM32

Hello! I'm trying to create my own simple project with SW. I followed by instruction from site, but something went wrong. On image you may see that button Finish or Next is locked. I tryed all combinations of radiobutton but nothing heppend. Could you help me? I use Win 10.
