Install on Fedora 25

I am trying to install on Fedora 25 x64 from Eclipse Neon.2 and always getting broken Eclipse as a result.
What I’m doing wrong? My steps:
dnf install eclipse-cdt
dnf install glibc.i686 arm-none-eabi*
- Install new software in Eclipse, check all System Workbench packages
It skips not compatible packages and then downloads and installs thousands of dependencies, then suspends for a long time on reload, and after all I see broken views, broken C wizard, broken perspectives.
I tried both Weiland and X sessions, GTK 2 and 3, no difference, always the same.
