    The problem was on the System Path.
    I make a start.bat as follow:


    @ECHO OFF
    set PATH=C:\WINDOWS\system32;C:\WINDOWS;C:\WINDOWS\System32\Wbem;C:\WINDOWS\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\;C:\Ac6\SystemWorkbench;C:\ProgramData\Oracle\Java\javapath;
    eclipse.exe



    and now the internal compiler works.
