How to configure UI for UHD (4K) displays?

I'm trying to use SW4STM32 v1.8 on a UHD (4K) display. It looks like the attached image.

The text size is OK, but I can barely see the tool bar icons or the icons in the window headers.

How to adjust?

Solved by installing most recent Eclipse first, then installing SW4STM32 as a plug-in, per instructions at:
