Lunix Ubuntu Installation Issue

I’m having similar issues with Ubuntu 16.10. Right clicking is iffy. Eclipse hangs when trying to update. It doesn’t seem to do anything when I build. It acts like alpha software in general.

Anyone have any suggestions?
