    Hi Kevin,
    I have a Windows 7 Enterprise 64-bit (6.1, Build 7601) machine,
    Eclipse Version: Neon.1a Release (4.6.1) Build id:20161007-1200
    and Java version 8 Update 101 (build 1.8.0_101-b13)
