how to configure to using different version of GNUARMGCC and OpenOCD

For some reason, I need to use newer/latest version of OpenOCD.
I find it out that the preinstalled external tools were installed in .p2/ .
The question is, if I had the newer/latest version of OpenOCD and/or embedded ARMGCC installed side-by-side with the pre-installed version, how I can chage in Eclipse to let the build / debug using my version of OpenOCD and GCC ?

Please help.
