Just to summarize it for others.

SOLUTION

revert the sourceEntries to this:

<sourceEntries>
	<entry flags="VALUE_WORKSPACE_PATH|RESOLVED" kind="sourcePath" name=""/>
</sourceEntries>

Reads: 2141
