    Is there a plugin support for importing the existing project of one STM32 Family to other or do we have to create a new Project from scratch,

    Hi,

    For now, there is no target change support. You have to create a new project from scratch due to the firmware contents difference (peripheral drivers, linker scripts, symbols...) then copy your sources into this project.
