Run and debug with JTAG from SEGGER J-Link hardware

I have the same question for P&E Multilink.
Just wondering if its easy for that to happen with the Multilink
I have been using Multlink with the Eclipse based NXP-Freescale Kinetis Design Studio very easyly.
