SW4STM32 + CubeMX project filename

First of all: the progject created by CubeMX for my Nucleo board with STM32L152 with small additition for LED toggling compiled and ran OK.
However, there is a problem with the project name. I created a project with very uniqe name mrgreen SW_test. When CubeMX generated the source code for the project, it created a structure shown in the attaced picture. However, the project (filename “.project” ) located in the directory SW4STM32\SW_test Configuration. So, when I opened it in the SW4STM32, it creates a project named “SW_test Configuration” with all directories settled relative to this directory.
Did I do anything wrong? Is it possible to fix?

I tried to copy the .project file into root directory of my project, changed the ptoject name inside the file, changed paths, but it did not work. Some file could not be found.
