Downloading HAL libraries desperetly needs to be improved!

There is a huge pain in the a**, when you want to download Cube package when you want to create project with new family for the first time... Server has very weak connection (that’s another issue...), but it woudn’t be as as bad, if you could continue download from the point, you have lost your connection. For F0 it is not a big deal (couple of MB to download), but for example F7 cube is over 200MB, and usually connection breaks after 100, then you need to start again, and again and again - it is very frustating.
Meanwhile, you could give us a workaround, by posting direct link to package, and instruction, where to paste it (it wasn’t easy to find it on linux (it keeps that files in ~/.ac6 FYI)
