Steps needed for building an STM32Cube project in Workbench

Hi friends,
I have created a pin-out configuration in Cube, which has allowed me to generate and import code into Ac6 workbench. However, the build icon is greyed out, and I can not progress with this project as I need the elf file to run and debug. If any one knows what I need to do to make the code compatible or can direct me to resources I would really appreciate it. Working with windows 10, 64 bit. I am attaching a picture if you do not know what I am talking about. Thanks!
