using the latest CubeMx 4.9 cause error 258

After I updated the CubeMx to 4.9, I keep getting error 258
I have removed the ” -Dweak=attribute( (weak) ) -Dpacked=attribute( (packed) ) ”
but now I am getting error the the stm32f4xx_hal.h cannot be found although its path in the includes !!!
