Compile error: make -j2 all , Cannot run program "make": Unknown reason

I created a new project and added the corresponding driver (including BSP, cmsis and Hal driver) according to the official example, but this error occurred during compilation：
make -j2 all
Cannot run program “make”: Unknown reason
And the terminal that opens eclipse will display：
exec0(59): returning due to error: Unable to allocate memory
