Unable to install System Workbench for STM32 from Eclipse

Hello,

I’m new here and I like to install System Workbench for STM32 from Eclipse on Windows 10 like it is descriped in documentation.

But I’m not able. After adding the update site http://ac6-tools.com/Eclipse-updates/org.openstm32.system-workbench.update-site-v2Question there is the following error:

Unable to read repository at http://ac6-tools.com/Eclipse-updates/org.openstm32.system-workbench.update-site-v2/content.xml.Question

sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target

Can anyone help me?
