Register definition in System Workbench (SVD) files missing after fr.ac6.mcu.debug ver. 2.1.4

Hi, I’ve found that the svd files is no longer in fr.ac6.mcu.debug package after v2.1.4, but they do exist in v2.1.3. Where am I supposed to find these files now?
