failed to install drivers while tried to install STM32 workbench on windows 8.1 pro

hi,
I am trying to install stm32 workbench on windows 8.1 pro. I have downloaded stm32_win64.exe
from stm.org. when i tried to install a command prompt opened and closed . this is happened so many times.
So i extracted the files from the software. then i run “autorun” which is batch file. finally installation wizard opened.
But at the end of the wizard it shown that failed to install drivers. please refer the below images
