STM32VLDISCOVERY board debug problem (SYESTEM32)

Dear sir,
I’m working with a board STM32VLDISCOVERY on a chip STM32F100RBT6

When connect the board and press the RUN button, a message is displayed:

“OpenOCD child process termination

Reason:

Unplugged target or STLink already in use or STLink USB driver not installed

Open On-Chip Debugger 0.10.0-dev-00019-g5352c55 (2019-02-14-15:45)

srst_only separate srst_nogate srst_open_drain connect_assert_srst
