How Can I edit MCU G++ Linker "All options"

Hello, I had a problem with my project .I tried to fix the multiple definition of NOP_PROCESS by use -Wl,--allow-multiple-definition but I can’t edit the Linker’s options.How can I edit the options ?

My error is in the .txt file
