Most probably you're getting this error message because target you've selected is not supporting StdPeriph library.
Please could you share your selected target (mcu or board reference) to confirm ?
As kind reminder StdPeriph libraries are legacy material. Such is no more supported anymore (means no update, no bug fix, ...). Definitively hal usage is recommended.
As legacy material such is not provided thinking most recent targets.
