Debug view no system control block registers, how to display ?

I have found a way to look at them using the memory monitor window at 0xE000ED04 (Cortex M3) But this is nibble scrambled, is there a way to get a nice display in the debug register window ?
On a similar subject is there a sane stack view somewhere or is that down to memory monitoring as well ?
