Problem with getting USART Data

Hi everyone

I am trying to use the USART3 PinPack3 on my STM32F407VG MB8997D Board with AC6 Toolchain, unfortunately it is not working, neither PuTTY nor Hterm receiving data but the transceiver ist sending different voltage level with different variables, so I think it is my computerconfiguration do ypu have any Ideas what to change? I am using Win7prof. N. Thanks for any help.
