AFIAK there is an installation issue with STLink-server (1st error) if installation location contains spaces, fix should be part of version 2.5.
Waiting for that you may have to install SW4STM32 in a folder which not contains spaces.

The 2nd screenshot is about an error that happened during extract of embedded gcc toolchain. This works fine on my Win7 with the same location as your.
Also note that there is a known issue with this extraction, typically when SW4STM32 had been installed by a system administrator and running for the first time by a non-admin user. In this case the application does not have enough rights to perform the extraction.

To progress you could try extracting manually the toolchain, i.e the zip file in "C:\Program Files (x86)\SystemWorkbench\plugins\fr.ac6.mcu.externaltools.arm-none.win32_1.15.0.201708311556\tools", into a folder called "compiler":
