Can't debug/load firmware with jlink

Hi, i’m trying to use a jlink probe with System Workbench but i have this error “gdborig.exe has stopped working” when i start debug :

Ac6Error

For information, with stlink, debug work find !

Do you have an idea what’s happen ?

For information i’m under win7 64, OpenSTM32 IDE 2.3.1.201711101414, jlink_V622c, and i have following this ((https://gnu-mcu-eclipse.github.io/debug/jlink/|link))to install jling plugins
