System Workbench for STM32

trouble with st-link server in linux/64

Hello,
I installed System Workbench as Eclipse plugin yesterday and encounter the same issue
(https://community.st.com/thread/44029-configuring-debug-from-stm32f4-on-linux-eclipse)
Also installed STLink : http://embedded-things.blogspot.ru/2016/06/st-linkv2-1-driver-on-linux.html?view=mosaic&_escaped_fragment_=.Question
It was the latest SW4STM32-Eclipse Oxygen-Java9 that I installed, any clue?

Edit: indeed, I installed SW4STM32 bare metal as Eclipse plugin, any workaround this path, so as not to go with the full installer?
