SW4STM32 v2.0 Install Fails - 'wmic' not found
Latest Windows 7 64 bit installer Version v2.0, updated on Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at 18:01:54 CEST):
Installer: install_sw4stm32_win_64bits-v2.0.exe
From: http://www.openstm32.org/Downloading+the+System+Workbench+for+STM32+installer
The ST-Link driver installation fails with “‘wmic’ is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file”:
The fix is, presumbaly, as described here: https://kb.informatica.com/solution/23/Pages/4/156865.aspx
Would have been nice if the installer had checked before starting - instead of getting most of the way through, then crashing.
Do I now have to uninstall & start over, or can I simply restart the installer and it will carry on from where it left off...?
