Debug mode keeps opening files

Hello,
when i hit ‘Debug’ button and upload my program Eclipse very often opens some unwanted files (startup_stm32f446xx.s and system_stm32f4xx.c for example). Is there any way to get rid of it? It is very annoying. I run Neon.3 Release (4.6.3) with latest SWSTM32 plugin on Win 10 x64.
