STM32L476 - Missing Cortex M4 Peripherals Registers in Debug View

Hello

i can’t find any of the Cortex M4 Peripherals registers in debug View.
The General and the IO-Registers View (ST Hardware) is o.k., but Registers like the one for the Systick a.s.o. are missing. The *.svd file seems to be up to date.
How to get this registers visible?
