looking for tutorial with stm32f4 discovery-board

hi,

i am new with system workbench for stm32. i never used stm32 before and i never used an ide before (i did some atmel 8bit stuff with text-editor and code-upload via avrdude on a linux-machine).

i got a stm32f4-discovery-board and it seems as if system workbench for stm32 is running on my laptop now, but i don’t undestand anything and don’t know where to start.

is there any good tutorial for newbies like me?
