Solved. Can't debug Project made in Cube

Hello,
its not possible, to debug the project in the attached file with System Workbench. (attached only the STM32Cube *.ioc file, complete project is to great to upload)

Standard PC, Win XP, Cube 4.20.1 , System Workbench Mars.2 Release (4.5.2), updated yesterday.
Nucleo-64 STM32L476 Board

Error Message:
Error in final launch sequence
Failed to execute MI command:
-target-select remote localhost:3333...........

This is the typical message when the board is not connected properly. But the connection is o.k.
I made a empty test project and its no problem to debug.

The console said:
This GDB was configured as “host=i686-w64-mingw32 target=arm-none-eabi”.
Type “show configuration” for configuration details.

Obviously the GDB is setup for a 64 Bit System. My PC is a 32 Bit Unit.

How are this settings to be changed?

Problem is solved.

My assumption that the GDB is configured for a 64-Bit system was rubbish.
Some days ago i red that there were problems with the debugging configuration (*.cfg File)
I had to chose manually ST-LinkV2-1 and SWD (see attached image)
