Using STM32 to collect remaining current signal

Good afternoon~all,thank you for taking time to read my post firstly.

Recently I am doing a project. Well,I met some troubles now. So here I am.
I used STM32 to measure the remaining outputted current value. This is the datasheetQuestiont of STM32.The arithmetic I adopted directly is the effective value of periodic signal.However,the result is far from the standard. I don’t know what reason caused? Is the noise lead to an inaccurate result? Has anybody in here do such a thing as me ?
