Importing MBed program problems

Hi All
As you can see I’m new here as well as new to C programming and microcontrollers. I was making good progress with the arduinos but quickly found their performance/limitations and decided to try the STM32F401RE Nucleo 64 and in doing so I wound up at the Mbed online IDE, I find it a good learning tool but dont care for the fact that I have a ton of binaries in my download folder and when the internet bogs down it’s a real bummer. I am using the AC6 on a Mac and have been trying to import the projects from Mbed to the Workbench and am having no success, I have tried following the tutorial but am finding that some of the steps and folders that are supposed to be there aren’t. Can anyone help me out with this issue?

Hi,
I am trying to update the firmware of Lora B-L072Z-LRWAN1 development kit with master/slave configuration using IAR ARM but the firmware is not getting updated. I am trying to program with using the onboard ST link through CN7 micro USB connector. Is there any way to update the firmware? While programming, the compiler doesn’t checks for target device is connected or not and shows the programming is successful. Even when device is connected, and i run for flashing, the kit continues to run with the original firmaware. Any help would be appreciated.
