Zephyr project on STM32

.bak files being created

I just imported a new project (basically a copy of another with many changes), and now Eclipse is creating .bak files every time I edit a file (edit main.c and I get a main.c.bak). Doesn’t happen on my other projects at all. I can’t find a way to turn this off - anyone got a clue?
