I already tried that, I have it as follows:

_Min_Heap_Size = 0x400; /* required amount of heap */
_Min_Stack_Size = 0x800; /* required amount of stack */

Do you think increase further?

I don't know, it's worth trying, you have freertos + lwip so it needs more than usual.
