There are different way to install System Workbench. In order to get help, you may need to provide many more details on your installation and procedure. Like say, what OS, what Eclipse version you had installed etc. ?

I had exacly the same Problem when upgrading to the latest Versions of the AC6 provided stuff yesterday but with an other file.
When tested with wget on the linux console the download succeded. The next attempt of update went well after this.

I think the Server is not well functioning some times.

After some update issues I had, I posted about my problem in this forum,

in my case the solution was updating from another URL:

http://www.ac6-tools.com/Eclipse-updates/org.openstm32.system-workbench.site/
