Multitude of HAL_RCC not resolved errors
Hi, in CubeMX, the project must be generated with :
- Toolchain / IDE = SW4STM32;
and
- Generate Under Root (selected);
The project can be imported in SW4STM32 as described in the documentation :

The "Launching Error" can be due to the USB cable or the board.
Did you manage to connect using ST Link Utility?
What are the OS and the SW4STM32 version?
