Nucleo-L152RE - I/O register incorrectly mapped

Hello Sylvain,

Indeed there seems to be an issue with the CMSIS register description file : address offset of USART SR is 0xF000 which cannot be correct.

I will check with the value with the people in charge of this description file and keep you informed.
