Nucleo-L152RE - I/O register incorrectly mapped

Hi ST world,

I have an issue debugging on Nucleo-L152RE and openstm32.

It seems that “I/O register” window is incorrectly configured:

USART1: address: 0x40013800
which is OK but:

USART1->SR: address: 0x40022800: strange isn’t it ?
... same offset for the other UART1 related registers

My project is configured for Nucleo-L152RE and I’m using last version of framework/compiler.
How is this mapping defined ?
Maybe I have an issue in my configuration setting I/O register addresses (include file retrieved from the HAL ??)

Any other ideas ?

Hello Sylvain,

Indeed there seems to be an issue with the CMSIS register description file : address offset of USART SR is 0xF000 which cannot be correct.

I will check with the value with the people in charge of this description file and keep you informed.
