Zephyr project on STM32

   Zephyr Workbench, a VSCode extension to manage Zephyr on STM32.
It enables users to easily create, develop, and debug Zephyr applications.

System Workbench for STM32 v1.10.0 release

A new version has been released and is available through Eclipse update system (“Help > Check for Updates”).

The release v1.10.0 adds support for :

New STM32Cube package versions :
- STM32CubeL1 v1.6.0
- STM32CubeF2 v1.4.0
- STM32CubeF3 v1.6.0
- STM32CubeF4 v1.13.0
- STM32CubeF7 v1.4.1

New part numbers of the STM32F4 series:
- STM32F410C8, STM32F410CB, STM32F410R8, STM32F410RB

This release provides the following fixes:
- Support new mbed-enabled STM32F3DISCOVERY board version
- Fix linker flags when converting project from C to C++
- Support installation on Eclipse NEON

WARNING :
On Ubuntu, version 14.04 is now required to run System Workbench for STM32.

For MAC OSX Users : Due to missing path to JRE, some users could not launch the installer. This issue is now fixed. For users who have installed the Oracle Java JDK, the old/new installers are still working.
