System Workbench for STM32

Hi,

I've had a similar error message. The problem was that the -mcpu=cortex-m7 option was missing in the compiler command (see Properties -> C/C++ Build -> Settings -> Tool Settings -> MCU GCC Compiler).

In Properties -> C/C++ Build -> Settings -> Target I've chosen: Series: STM32F7 and Mcu: STM32F746ZGTx (because the STM32F767ZIT is not supported by sw4stm32 V1.8 now). All target specific files (startup, ld, stm32f767xx.h) are for the STM32F767.

Then the build was successfully. It is a workaround, hope the F767 is supported by sw4stm32 soon.
